Alright folks so we've got a new GM supervisor JR Bonecrusher. He's posted the new GM rules and I thought that I'd post some of them here for your viewing pleasure as well as to show you why I harp so much on RP's and whatnot. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me.

General Managers Guidelines :
Rules :
- No WWE content of any sort, images, videos, Logos, or anything else that refers to their Trademark. Users using a variation of a name is generally ok but for originality’s sake should be frowned upon.
- Use of other copyrighted material should only be with the owner’s permission - this includes images from Google etc. - if it’s not public domain and it copyrighted then you risk losing you is fed using it - get permission first or create images yourself.

- No swearing of any kind, offensive images, videos, or music. Vulgarity, Racism, and Nudity, are to avoid in a show, there are other Ill-fitted Subjects; Use common sense for these. The GM is responsible for ensuring the content does not offend anyone.
-
Each new Roster MUST have 30 members to run a show in their first season. After that, the minimum Increases to reach 40 for the following seasons(If you are under these marks when your show is due to air then don't confirm your show until you get the necessary numbers to void punishment)

-
Boosting show income by solely booking title matches, is Prohibited. Title Matches are only used within a storyline that involves an actual Title shot. Booking Title matches for other purposes will result in an immediate ban of the roster.

- No Reference to other federations/ or non-contracted wrestlers, unless you have their Permission. If a complaint about that is raised, you will have your Federation suspended, or even Deleted.
(a rule of thumb though, is, if a wrestler left your fed suddenly in mid season you could use him once more in one more show to make a Justificatory storyline about his dismissal)-

Making a show that contains Only Booked matches is strictly against the Rules. You have been entrusted with a whole roster, so at least accomplish your Duties.

- No contract negotiations of any Kind with Other wrestlers signed under a Competitor fed. Tempting the latters of leaving their federations to Join yours, under any circumstances, will be considered Cheating, and We will deal with it accordingly.
Anyone caught ignoring these rules will result in a warning, indeed, a deletion of his federation.
Advices
-

Reality: Keep your shows realistic and wrestling related. Super powers reference or a title monopole, is something to Avoid. Your Shows Content must be convincing, if you want to succeed, and Votes you get are the best reflection of your Work.
-
Illustrations: Images are a crucial part of a show. Your show can’t be Entertaining without Pictures (and No, role-plays aren’t enough). Pictures are what makes you live the Event, and are the best way to deliver an Idea. So make good Use of them.
-
Role-Plays: the dramatic part of a show. It’s what Decide if your readers will come to watch the next show or not. Make It interesting, and full of suspense.
-
Commentary: No show is complete without commentators. Commentary is what gives matches their Identity, and It’s the best way to represent Wrestlers Gimmicks, History, accomplishments, future anticipations about their career in your roster… etc.
-
Cards and Profiles: Try to Create a Uniform set of Cards for your wrestlers. It gives an elegant view, and an easier way to browse your show. Give Commentators and announcers a specific Picture to Identify them too.
-
Presentation: Always Use a dialogue form instead of narrative discourses.
(i.e: Use Wrestler1: Speech Instead of speech says wrestler1)
-
Videos: Try to reduce from their Use, or not to use them at all. They just slow down your shows, preventing visitors from fully browsing the show, which eventually end up in repelling viewers instead of attracting them.
